  • Provide a preliminary coconut plantation business plan, including regional coconut market analysis, opportunity cost analysis, estimated operations requirements, estimated cash flow requirements, and estimated financial statements
  • Provide co-operative ownership structure recommendation, including operational, cultural, and labor participatory factors

    Nature of Project:
  • Create a marketing plan to increase number of teams and participants in HFH Madagascar's Global Village program for international volunteers

    Deliverables:
  • Marketing plan for the Global Village program, including a set of alternative volunteer program packages tailored for an expanded customer base, and created template materials for managing customer relations

  • Address the challenge of tracking and assessing the performance of revolving loan funds
  • Identify a fair pricing strategy for loans, while abiding by Habitat's non-profit mission and still protecting for inflation

    Deliverables:
  • An analysis of the current state of the revolving loan funds
  • An analysis of 3 alternative loan structures proposed by HFH and the impacts that each structure would have on the both the funds and the borrowers
  • Recommendations for loan pricing
  • Financial indicators/benchmarks to maintain, improve, and assess the quality and performance of the portfolio(s)
