Charles Scott, Intel Capital


Charles Scott manages the vertical markets strategy for the Software and Solutions Group in Intel Capital, Intel Corporation's venture investment arm. Based in New York, he evaluates a broad range of deals in the enterprise software segment and serves as Intel's board observer at Vitae Pharmaceuticals.

In his ten years at Intel, Charles has held a variety of management positions, including running international business development and marketing in the Enterprise Products Group, serving as chief of staff to the General Manager of Intel's Mobile Products Group, and managing Intel's worldwide strategic engagement with General Electric and NASDAQ. Prior to joining Intel, Charles worked in New York City at the U.S. Council for International Business, where he influenced policy positions in international governmental organizations on behalf of U.S. high tech companies.

Charles has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He speaks German and Japanese.
