DR. NOEL WOODROFFE

Dr. Noel Woodroffe is the Founder and President of Congress WBN and has overseen its rapid development from a fledgling, five-member group birthed in Trinidad in the Caribbean in 1990, to a massive global network of professional groups, educational institutions, businesses, churches, nations development initiatives, national leaders and university students that now operates on every continent and in over 70 nations.

He is responsible for the ongoing development of global systems, processes and programs to facilitate holistic human, social and national development based on clearly defined moral and ethical platforms.

An internationally recognized leadership development specialist, Dr. Woodroffe has designed, coordinated and facilitated numerous leadership training, organizational transformation and education-based initiatives across the globe.

He lectured at the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine Campus from 1981 to 1984, and also instituted and developed the program for the UWI School of Continuing Studies' Sixth Form School. He also served as the first Director of the School from 1985 - 1990.

He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Congress Global Consulting (CGC), a management and leadership development consultancy based in London. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of Teleios Systems, a Trinidad based software development company and R.L. Mark & Company Ltd, an office technology and information technology provider based in Barbados in the Caribbean. He travels continuously around the world developing leaders and leadership systems through Seminars, Conferences and other outreaches; and supervises the growth and development of the diverse and multifaceted operations of the Congress globally.
