China today is a significant yet often misunderstood player in the international business and political world. In recognition of China's growing presence in the international arena, the Yale School of Management offers an array of courses on China. The mission of the Greater China Club (GCC) members is to better understand the complex and often changing political, economic, and social issues in China as it pertains to today's global economy. The GCSIG aims to create forums to discuss current issues, exchange information, share predictions, challenge ideas, and dispel misconceptions. In doing so, we hope to develop a presence as a resource within the greater Yale community, experts among other business school peers, and future managers in the region.
