Each full-time SOM student is permitted to have 5MB of personal web space on this server. This space can be used to host any variety of web pages, including but not limited to:

• Home Pages
• Photo Galleries
• Resumes
• Correspondences

This 5MB quota of web space should NOT be used for archival storage of data, class assignments or copywritten materials not sanctioned for viewing on the web. Also student personal web pages are NOT to contain hateful, profane or defamatory speech. In addition, commercial advertisements and/or "for-profit" solicitations are NOT to be included any any student personal web page. Student web sites exist only while the student is attending SOM; graduated student sites will be discarded after commencement each year. Students should be aware that ANY materials located within their personal web space (or "V" drive) are able to be viewed over the Internet, unless personal permissions are uniquely made in advance.
